I wish to express my appreciation for the repair and the replacement of our ultraviolet air purifier system at the cost of the replacement bulb. Your quick response to this matter, once you were made aware of the situation,(that it had been purchased two years ago from and installed by ECM and you no longer could repair it) has been most influential in our continuing trust in our relationship. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

We have had a service contract with ECM for many years and just want you to know how very satisfied we have always been! The staff is always helpful whenever we call to schedule service. Yesterday, only cold air was coming out of the vents instead of heat. I called and was assured that a service man would come out later that day. Believe it or not, he came just before 6pm, he knew just what was needed and even had the part right on his truck! In no time at all, our home was heated! Thanks for the super job ECM does for us, you’re the best!

Just want to compliment you on the excellent service your company provided for us. Our air conditioner broke down at 8am in the morning and we contacted your offices and were given an appointment for that same day. We were contacted that the technician could come earlier as there had been a cancellation. The technician arrived around 11, and fixed the unit immediately. Needless to say, we were very satisfied with the prompt manner this problem was resolved. Keep up the good work

i am sure many of your clients send you letters to complain, however, my letter is to praise your staff. One of my GFI outlets in the kitchen had blown out. I called ECM and explained that i needed to be fixed before the Jewish Sabbath. ECM always advertises Same Day/Next Day service and that’s exactly what i got. A service man was at my home at 5:15pm and fixed the problem. yes, I do appreciate your promise and that is the reason i am your customer and for my letter.

I have been a customer of ECM’s for many years and have had a slew of serviceman over the years. We had an annual A/C Tune-up done by Joe. He was here for a long time and i want you to realize what a great service person he is. He took his time to explain everything about my A/C. He was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Most of us only write to complain this letter is to praise Joe and let you know what a gem you have working for you

I want to thank ECM for the installation of my new Trane 5 ton XL-20i air conditioner. Anthony took the time to explain the difference between the available units to the very prompt installation. Your installers were phenomenal. I appreciate a job well done. Their work deserves the highest of praise for the meticulous installation. When they left one would ever know that they were here as there was not a scrap left to indicate the old unit was removed and the new one was installed. I have used ECM over the years and to say that I am very satisfied with your services would be an understatement. Your are very fortunate to have these kinds of people in your employ.
